Have you started wondering whether your child might be autistic?
Maybe it’s something you’ve questioned for a while – or maybe something more recently has made you stop and really think.
Are meltdowns intense and hard to predict?
Do they seem overwhelmed by things like loud noises, certain fabrics, food textures, or smells?
Do they hang back in social settings—or try to take charge, but struggle if things don’t go their way? Do they prefer their own company?
Do they seem drained after being around others and need quiet time to recharge?
Are they deeply focused and passionate about something—whether it’s animals, a film series, music, gaming, or something else?
Do they rely on certain routines or habits to feel in control – and get distressed by sudden changes or uncertainty?
Maybe they find busy places, nursery or school overwhelming – and are reluctant to go in or are refusing to go at all.
However it’s shown up for you, it’s okay to feel confused or worried. You’re not alone – and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
We do things differently.
We specialise in autism assessments for children and young people that not only give diagnosis but give meaningful support following this.
This service grew out of lived experience.
Following a family member’s Autism Assessment, we felt frustrated as what we received was a report full of outdated, medical language that did little to help us – or to help the family member understand themselves. The report also gave the diagnosis with minimal guidance for what to do after.
That frustration became a mission: to offer autism assessments that are neurodiversity-affirming, respectful, and genuinely useful.
Our reports are written so that an autistic person can read them and see themselves clearly – not as a problem to be fixed, but as someone with a different way of experiencing the world.
Yes, we follow the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines and provide a full, evidence-based diagnostic process within a multidisciplinary team.
But we go beyond the diagnosis.
We focus on helping your child understand their neurotype and feel proud of their strengths. At the same time, we acknowledge that the world isn’t always set up for them—and we provide practical, meaningful strategies and personalised recommendations to help them navigate life with confidence.
By the end of the process, you’ll have:
A clear understanding of your child’s strengths, challenges, and needs
An affirming and accessible report that supports both you and your child
A plan for how to support them at home, in school, and in daily life
Greater confidence in advocating for your child – and helping them advocate for themselves

Because every child deserves to understand who they are – and feel good about it.
And every parent deserves a process that feels supportive, respectful, and clear.
