Siena started speech therapy in February not able to say any sounds and very few words. Karen quickly diagnosed her and promised to improve her talking within 12 weeks. After just 6 weeks, there were noticeable changes in Siena’s speech, and she was able to communicate with family and friends like never before. It was lovely to watch Siena get better and better with each passing week, not only communicating, but communicating in a confident manner. I am so pleased with Karen and the progress that she has made and continues to make. I would definitely recommend her.

Karen has worked with our three year old daughter for just over four months and she has gone from 5 words to over 40. She makes sessions fun, creative and is calm and patient. She tailors sessions to my daughters ever changing mood and is so encouraging. She works with you to develop learning and teaching techniques to aid you. Karen has worked with our four year old son for almost a year. His confidence and language have improved considerably as a result of her therapy sessions. Before Karen’s involvement, our son’s language was limited. He now understands and uses a wider range of verbs, understands and answers questions and is building more varied sentences. Karen is very patient and calm. She is brilliant at finding ways to motivate our son who can sometimes be challenging. My daughter who is 3 years old, diagnosed with ASD and severe speech delay, has been having speech and language therapy with Karen on a weekly basis for the past 5 months aged continues to do so. My daughter thoroughly enjoys the sessions Karen provides, she is totally immersed in the engaging activities. The variety of activities are focused around the child and their interests to encourage speech development. Karen, takes a very child centered approach, scaffolding the child through the activities at their pace. Feedback is provided at the end of the session to see the progress being made. My daughter is now saying some words in context which she couldn’t before. Her speech is steadily coming along with the help from Karen.
